Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Information Collected:
We collect usernames and passwords for account creation and management purposes.
Use of Information:
Usernames and passwords are used solely for managing user accounts and providing access to the app. Points accumulated within the app are linked to the device, not the user account. Changing the username or password will not affect the points stored on the device.
Information Sharing:
We do not share any collected information with third parties unless required by law.
Data Access:
Our app does not currently access additional device data such as location, camera, or microphone. If this changes in future updates, we will update this policy and obtain user consent where required.
Cookies and Tracking:
Our app does not use cookies or any third-party tracking technologies. However, we utilize Apple Connect’s built-in analytics, compliant with Apple’s privacy standards, to monitor app performance and usage.
Pricing Information:
Prices for in-app purchase items may vary based on the user’s geographical location and applicable taxes or regulations. All prices are displayed in the user’s local currency at the time of purchase.
Information Security:
We use secure hashing methods to protect passwords. All communications between the app and our server are encrypted via HTTPS to ensure your data’s security.

Summary
This app collects no personal data. There is no user account, no sign-up, no server of ours, no advertising and no usage analytics.
Microphone
The tuner needs microphone access to determine the pitch of your ukulele strings. Access happens only while the tuner is switched on. The audio signal is analysed in real time, directly on your device. Nothing is recorded, nothing is stored and nothing is transmitted; no audio ever leaves your device.
Withdrawing consent
The app asks for microphone permission on first launch. You can withdraw this consent at any time in your device settings. The tuner will then stop working; metronome, chord chart and reference tones remain available.
What is stored on your device
The app remembers your settings: chosen finish, background scene and language. These stay on your device only.
Retention and deletion
We retain no data, because we collect none. The locally stored settings are removed completely when you delete the app from your device. A separate deletion request is neither necessary nor possible, as we hold no data about you.
Purchase
The app is a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play. There are no in-app purchases and no subscription. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive, process or store any payment data.
Third parties
The app contains no advertising libraries, no advertising identifier, no analytics library, no crash reporting and no third-party SDKs. No data is shared with third parties, because no data is collected.
International transfers
No personal data is transferred to third countries.
Works offline
Tuner, metronome, chord chart and reference tones work fully offline.
Children
The app is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, regardless of age.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As we neither collect nor store any personal data about you, we hold no data to which these rights could apply. For questions, contact us at the address above.
Changes
Should this app’s data handling ever change, this policy will be updated beforehand and the date adjusted.
